These are all 28 pages, taken from the US Letter PDF. The A4 file has the same pages.

What's in it, page by page
- Page 1, cover: My A to Z Coloring Book, with a line for your child's name.
- Pages 2 to 27, one page per letter: a big capital and small letter to color, one large picture, and a short line such as "A is for apple."
- Page 28, thank you: the terms of use and credits, with no activity on it.
The pictures are A apple, B butterfly, C cat, D duck, E elephant, F fish, G grapes, H hedgehog, I ice cream, J jeans, K kite, L lion, M mushroom, N nest, O owl, P penguin, Q question mark, R rabbit, S snail, T turtle, U umbrella, V violin, W whale, X xylophone, Y yo-yo and Z zebra. Q uses a question mark because it's a picture every child can color and name, and it gives you a reason to talk about asking questions.
These are coloring pages only. There is no tracing and nothing to write, except a name on the cover if you like.
Who it suits
A 2 year old will mostly scribble, and that's normal. The big shapes and thick outlines leave plenty of room for it. Children of 3 and 4 tend to start filling in shapes and choosing colors on purpose. By 5 or 6, some children will want to add a background or draw more things that begin with the letter.
How to use it
- Print one letter at a time. A letter of the day or the week is plenty, and any order is fine. Your child's first initial is an easy place to start.
- Talk about the letter. Say its sound together, then ask what else starts with it. X is the tricky one, since few words start with it.
- Make it a book. Keep the finished pages in a folder or stapled behind the cover.
In a classroom, the pages work as a letter of the week or for early finishers.
Printing tips
- US Letter or A4: choose US Letter in the US and Canada, and A4 in most other countries. Both files have the same 28 pages, each sized for that paper.
- Scale: print at 100% or Actual size. Nothing sits close to the page edge.
- Paper: regular copy paper is fine for crayons. Use thicker paper for markers, so they don't soak through.
- Color or black and white: the coloring pages are black lines only, so black and white printing is all you need. Only the last page has color pictures, and you can skip it.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free, and do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is free, and there is nothing to sign up for. The buttons on this page go straight to the PDF, with no email or account.
Can I print just one letter?
Yes. Each letter is one page, in alphabet order, starting from page 2. So A is on page 2, M is on page 14 and Z is on page 27. Enter that page number in your print dialog.
Does it include letter tracing?
No, only coloring. For tracing practice, see the free ABC tracing workbook, which is a separate PDF.
Are these Christmas pages?
No. The pictures are animals, food and everyday things, so they work all year.
Can I use it with my class?
Yes. The pack is free for use at home and in your own classroom. Please share the link instead of the file, and do not resell or re-upload it.
